In the event a maintenance problem arises, please place a service request online via the Service Request System. In the event of an emergency maintenance problem please call the Management Office, and after 6:00 p.m. please call the Jones Lang LaSalle after-hours emergency hotline at (800) 284-1265 . Please give your name, company name, suite number, phone number, and the nature of your problem. Someone from the maintenance staff will assist you as soon as possible.

Maintenance personnel are equipped to handle varying degrees of lighting, plumbing, electrical, cooling and heating, and door and lock problems. If the problem is outside of our normal maintenance service, then Maintenance will often be able to recommend a contractor to assist you.
